There is more to cleaning up after a water problem than just extracting the water. Even though it might feel like everything is dry to the touch, your structure could still have excessive moisture in it. Sub floors, woodwork, walls, and even household contents could be damaged.  Mold and Mildew  can also be a big problem when there is too much moisture in your house. We have products that can kill existing mold and inhibit future growth. Even with these products it is still very important to maintain an acceptable moisture level, if you don't, you could still develop problems in the future.

AFTER THE DRY OUT

Once your carpet - structure is dried out,

We do a final cleaning on the carpet - floor that was affected and apply another treatment to help inhibit future mold or mildew growth.

If there was structural damage that needs additional work, we can suggest trusted contractors that we have worked with before.
We are also happy to work with the contractor of your choice if you have one you like to use.

 We send you a detailed billing once the job is done and can also submit the invoice directly to your Insurance Co.
